Description of SLHY series ribbon mixer
SLHY series ribbon mixer is widely used in medium and small feed plant and farming industry for powder materials, premix feed, poultry & livestock feed, chemical and medicine mixing etc.
The SLHY1.0 could used in our 2-3TPH or 3-5TPH animal feed mill.The design process is as below flowchart.
Features of SLHY series ribbon mixer
1. The mixing is gentle, the mixing cycle is short and the uniformity is high.
2. Large door opening setting, fast discharge and fast residue.
3. It can be configured to add liquid, with simple structure and convenient maintenance.
4. Chain driving, rigidity design ensures long term operation without trouble.
5.The cylinder cross-section is fully circular, no dead corner for mixing.
6.Mixing time: 2-3 minutes, no block.
7.Feeding from one end, and discharge from the other end, mixed materials can be packed in bags directly.
8. High mix uniformity:CV≤7.
