Choose fresh corn with full grains, no mold or insects, because high-quality raw materials are the basis for producing high-quality corn flour. For example, the common corn varieties used for processing corn flour in the market include yellow corn and white corn. Yellow corn is rich in carotene, and the processed corn flour is golden in color and rich in nutrition.

Four Mill configuration:

Crusher: used to crush corn kernels into particles of appropriate size for subsequent grinding.

Sifiting equipment: including vibrating sifiting, flat rotary screen, etc., used to classify the crushed corn kernels and ground corn flour by size.

Grinding machine: It is the core equipment for corn flour production, which grinds corn kernels into powder through the interaction of grinding rollers and screens.

Dust removal equipment: used to collect dust generated during the production process to keep the production environment clean and hygienic.

Packaging machine: used to automatically package the ground corn flour to improve production efficiency and packaging quality.
