Product Description

Maize Milling Plant Typical process flow

1. Cleaning stage

Corn → primary screen → stone remover → magnetic separator → winnower → clean corn

2. Dehulling and degerming (optional)

Cleaning corn → dehulling machine → degerming machine → corn grits (germ is collected separately)

3. Crushing and grinding

Corn grits/corn kernels → hammer mill (coarse crushing) → roller mill (multi-pass grinding) → sifting → finished flour

4. Packaging

Corn flour → sifting → packaging machine → finished product storage

Maize Milling Plant Notes:

1. Raw material adaptability:

The moisture content of corn needs to be controlled below 14%. If it is too high, it will easily clog the equipment.

2. Finished product fineness adjustment:

Control the powder fineness by replacing the screen or adjusting the gap between the grinding rollers .

3. Energy consumption optimization:

Multi-stage crushing (first coarse and then fine) can reduce total energy consumption.
