1. Raw Material Receiving and Pre-Treatment
   - Receiving: Raw materials (e.g., grains, soybean meal, fishmeal, vitamins, minerals) are delivered and inspected for quality (moisture, impurities).
   - Cleaning: Passed through a cleaning sieve and magnetic separator to remove stones, metals, and debris.
   - Temporary Storage: Stored in silos or bins based on material type.

 2. Grinding
   - Hammer Mill: Raw materials are ground into fine particles using a hammer mill with a 2-3 mm sieve to ensure uniform particle size.
   - Dust Control: Cyclone separators or bag filters collect dust for environmental compliance.

3. Batching and Mixing
   - Automated Batching System: Ingredients are precisely weighed by a computerized system according to the feed formula.
   - Mixing: A Riboon type mixer blends materials for 3-5 minutes to achieve homogeneity (CV ≤5%).

4. Conditioning and Pelleting
   - Conditioning: Steam (80-90°C) is injected into the mixer to soften the material, improving starch gelatinization (moisture: 15-18%).
   - Pellet Mill: The conditioned mash is compressed through a ring die pelletizer(die hole size: 2-8 mm) to form pellets. Temperature: 70-90°C.

5. Cooling and Drying
   - Counterflow Cooler: Hot pellets are cooled to 3-5°C above ambient temperature using ambient air, reducing moisture to 10-12%.
   - Dust Recycling: Residual fines are recycled to minimize waste.

6. Crumbling (Optional)
   - Roller Crusher: For smaller pellets (e.g., poultry feed), pellets are crumbled to desired sizes (0.5-3 mm).

7. Screening
   - Vibrating Sieve: Oversized pellets or fines are separated and reprocessed. Qualified pellets proceed to packaging.

 8. Packaging and Storage
