Flat bottom grain silo, also known as flat bottom steel silo, flat bottom silo, is a galvanized corrugated plate assembled steel silo with a flat bottom located on a cement platform. It is an advanced grain storage equipment widely used at present. It is mainly divided into two parts: the warehouse roof and the warehouse body. Large-capacity storage is a typical feature of flat-bottomed steel plate silos. The storage capacity of this flat-bottomed steel plate cylindrical silo ranges from 39m³ to 29726m³. Flat-bottomed grain silos are generally installed on flat or conical concrete foundations and can store large amounts of corn, rice, wheat, soybeans and other grains, seeds, granules and granular products for a long time. The silo wall panels of the assembled flat-bottomed steel plate silo are corrugated, the inner wall is smooth and there are no steps or flanges. The bottom is equipped with a clearance auger and a scraper, and is at a certain height from the ground, making it easy to store grain from the flat-bottomed silo. The silos are discharged, preventing the stored materials from getting wet, and interconnecting adjacent steel silos through transmission devices, thereby facilitating the on-demand extraction of grain.
