Usage of Rubber roller paddy dehuller machine
This equipment is mainly used to remove the husk of rice and separate the rice husk from the paddy and rough mixture. This machine adopts hexagonal belt transmission, which replaces the gear box of the conventional rice huller. Its transmission is stable, the noise is low, there is no oil leakage pollution, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
Working principle of rubber roller paddy dehulling machine
The paddy dehuller uses air power (or pressure weights) to tighten the rollers to generate a certain pressure between a pair of rubber rollers rotating at different speeds in opposite directions, thereby rubbing and tearing the rice to achieve the purpose of shelling and utilizing the roughness of the rice. The difference with the shell suspension speed separates the paddy grain from the shell through the effect of suction wind.
Process Flow of Rubber roller rice hulling machine
The clean grain enters the huller head box from the feed hopper through the feed gate and flow adjustment mechanism. After passing through the short and long flow plates, the clean grains are evenly sent to the fast and slow rollers for shelling. After shelling, the paddy, rice husks and mixture fall into the lower box through the leveling plate, and are sent to the large bran separation air separator through the automatic classification flow plate to separate the rice husk and rice husk. The large bran (rice husk) passes through the vertical air duct. Entering the chaff room, the paddy and chaff mixture is discharged from the machine through the discharge port
