The following is a complete equipment configuration and process flow plan, suitable for food grade or industrial grade processing.

Maize Flour Production Line configuration:

Crusher: used to crush corn kernels into particles of appropriate size for subsequent grinding.

Sifiting equipment: including vibrating sifiting, flat rotary screen, etc., used to classify the crushed corn kernels and ground corn flour by size.

Grinding machine: It is the core equipment for corn flour production, which grinds corn kernels into powder through the interaction of grinding rollers and screens.

Dust removal equipment: used to collect dust generated during the production process to keep the production environment clean and hygienic.
