The steel frame structure corn grits and flour production line with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons requires a complete and efficient combination of equipment to ensure a smooth production process and stable product quality.

Maize Flour Milling Machine Process configuration:

Crusher: used to crush corn kernels into particles of appropriate size for subsequent grinding.

Sifiting equipment: including vibrating sifiting, flat rotary screen, etc., used to classify the crushed corn kernels and ground corn flour by size.

Grinding machine: It is the core equipment for corn flour production, which grinds corn kernels into powder through the interaction of grinding rollers and screens.

Dust removal equipment: used to collect dust generated during the production process to keep the production environment clean and hygienic.

Packaging machine: used to automatically package the ground corn flour to improve production efficiency and packaging quality.
