Product Description
Purpose and characteristics of MJP type flat-rotating white rice grading machine
MJP type flat-rotating white rice grading screen is mainly used in rice processing plants for grading white rice. It makes use of the difference in grain shape between broken rice and whole rice, and performs overlapping rotation and frictional advancement on the flat rotating screen surface to form automatic classification. After continuous screening of the appropriately equipped three-layer screen surface, broken rice and whole rice are separated. The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, smooth operation, good process performance, and convenient operation and maintenance. This equipment is also suitable for the separation of similar granular materials.

2.Main component structure and principle of AGRISE rice grader machine
(1) Stepless speed regulating mechanism
This mechanism is set up to meet the needs of the process. It consists of two parts: a speed regulating mechanism and a speed regulating tensioning mechanism. The speed regulating mechanism consists of a fixed pulley, a movable pulley, a spring, a dust cover, etc. The speed-regulating tensioning structure consists of a handwheel, a speed-regulating screw rod, a locking device, a support base, a speed-regulating nut, etc. Its structure is shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4 respectively.

The principle of speed regulation is to change the center distance between the speed regulation pulley and the reduction mechanism by rotating the handwheel connected to the speed regulation screw, so that the movable pulley moves up and down under the pressure of the spring to change the speed regulation. The contact diameter between the speed pulley and the V-belt achieves the purpose of stepless speed regulation.
(2) Bridge transmission mechanism
This machine adopts V-belt over-bridge transmission mechanism for deceleration. It consists of a large V-shaped pulley (B), a bridge bearing seat, a bridge shaft, a small V-shaped pulley and bearings.
(3) Eccentric rotary mechanism
It consists of three sets of eccentric shafts, balance weights, bearing seats and bearings. This mechanism is combined with the frame and transmission frame to support the screen ship, which is driven by the transmission system to make the screen body perform planar rotation at a rated radius. Since the balance block plays the role of balancing the centrifugal force of the screen body, it can make the whole machine run smoothly.
