Working principle of Maize dehulling machine maize polisher
After the raw grain enters the hopper, it advances along the shaft under the action of the screw propeller, and enters the corn degeminator chamber. Due to the resistance of the outlet pressure door, pressure is generated between the corn grains and rubbed against each other under the action of the roll ribs. The corn grains reach the required precision. Then it flows out from the corn kernel outlet. At the same time, the high-pressure wind generated by the high-pressure fan is sprayed into the corn degeminating chamber through the gap of the corn grinding roll, which strengthens the whitening effect of the corn kernel and takes away part of the heat generated during the corn milling process. Under the action, it is discharged out of the machine and collected by the collector to obtain bright and clean low-temperature finished corn kernels.
