The upper and lower double roller rice polisher is a rice polisher that our company has carefully developed after accumulating professional technical experience in the long-term production of single-roller polishers and combining the actual production needs of domestic rice milling factories. It occupies a small area. One polisher can replace two single-roller polishers to achieve series polishing. Thorough bran removal
The polishing room has a large ventilation area, which is conducive to a large amount of cold air entering the polishing room when the equipment is working under full negative pressure, and completely taking away the bran powder and humid hot air in the polishing room, making the rice surface smooth and bright, without bran powder, and the rice temperature out of the machine is low, and the shelf life is long.
Add water evenly
High-pressure gas pushes the water flow to spray out in a mist form, so that the water on the surface of the rice grains is evenly and stably added. The polished rice is white and bright, with high precision and less broken rice. Automatic water addition uses intelligent ammeters, temperature controllers and other automatic components to control the opening and closing of the water pump according to the amount of material entering the machine. When the material is cut off or the feed is too much, the water pump will automatically shut down. The water pump will only open when the feed flow is normal, avoiding the phenomenon of suffocation and excessive water addition.
Durable
Main components such as polishing rollers, propellers, bushings, and screen plates are made of wear-resistant materials and hardened on the surface, with a long service life.
Easy to operate
All buttons and instruments are installed on the panel of the electric control box and are equipped with text labels, which are simple, easy to understand and easy to operate.
