Usage of Rubber roller paddy rice dehuller machine
This equipment is mainly used to remove the husk of rice and separate the rice husk from the paddy and rough mixture. This machine adopts hexagonal belt transmission, which replaces the gear box of the conventional rice huller. Its transmission is stable, the noise is low, there is no oil leakage pollution, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
Working principle of rubber roller paddy dehulling machine
The paddy dehuller uses air power (or pressure weights) to tighten the rollers to generate a certain pressure between a pair of rubber rollers rotating at different speeds in opposite directions, thereby rubbing and tearing the rice to achieve the purpose of shelling and utilizing the roughness of the rice. The difference with the shell suspension speed separates the paddy grain from the shell through the effect of suction wind.

The clean grain enters the huller head box from the feed hopper through the feed gate and flow adjustment mechanism. After passing through the short and long flow plates, the clean grains are evenly sent to the fast and slow rollers for shelling. The material is rectified, accelerated and guided by the short drip plate and the long drip plate, so that the material is fed quickly, thinly and evenly between the fast and slow rubber rollers, which is beneficial to improving the shelling efficiency and long-term operation. The inclination of the drip plate can be adjusted with the hand wheel as the rubber roller wears continuously to ensure accurate feeding.

The rubber roller transmission mechanism mainly includes the casing, machine base, fast roller, slow roller, tensioning device, motor, etc. The rubber roller has a cantilever structure, which is easy to assemble and disassemble. The position of the fast roller shaft is fixed, and the slow roller is movable.
